• Individual Property Tests On-Line – AVMax will provide you with web access to our model. Upon request, we will provide you with a “Demonstration” username and password that will provide you unlimited access to AVMax via our website for the period of one week. Enter as many properties as you wish in this time frame to receive and evaluate our full HTML reports.
• Volume Batch Tests – Do you have high-volume needs? AVMax is happy to process your test files in a batch format. Typically, this applies to files of 500 properties or more, and is best utilized in the side-by-side evaluation of individual models in specific geographic segments. There is NO CHARGE for this service!

Send us your batch file via email to Test@AVmax.net in an Excel spreadsheet, and typically within 2 business days we will return the following:

• High Reasonable
• Low Reasonable
• Confidence Score
