I get "Invalid Login" error when logging in. This error means that you are using an incorrect username/password combination. Demo logins are new each week. If you need a new demo login for this week, contact us. Customers receiving this message should try the tips below or contact us. TIP #1: Sometimes cutting-and-pasting from an email to the login fields can introduce hidden characters in the username or password field. Try typing them in by hand. TIP #2: Internet Explorer can be set up to remember website logins. Sometimes it remembers a password that has been accidentally mistyped. Be sure to type the password yourself and not let Internet Explorer enter it for you. I get a blank login screen when logging in. Your browser does not have cookies enabled. AVMax requires cookies to authenticate your login. If the authentication cookie is not found by the server, it loops back to the login screen.
